Morning strike Tenten hard, her eyes were red and swell because of crying.
“Neji...” was the first thing that came out of her lips.
“I got to tell him, I got to do this. I finally made up my mind.” Tenten grabbed her clothing, got dressed and head towards the prodigy’s mansion. When she was finally there, he was gone.
His butler came out of the mansion.
“You must be Tenten.”
“Yes I am!”
“Sir Neji told me to give you all of his belongs in Konoha to you Miss Tenten.”
“What! Where is he?”
“I’m afraid I can’t tell you. My orders are clear!”
“Well,” gloom hit her features as her head duck down low. “I don’t deserve all this; I don’t even deserve him from the beginning.”
“Miss Tenten, he loves you and if the master love something, it must be strikingly beautiful, endearing and worth loving.”
“You think so.” Tenten wiped the tears with the end of her sleeve.
“Miss. Tenten,” The butler came closer. “Should I leave a message for Mr. Huga from you?”
“Tell him…” Tenten pause to relax, she inhaled then exhaled. “Tell him that I say Thank you for all his earnings but NO, after all I’m not his girlfriend, ex or wife so I don’t disserve this. Tell him don’t worry cause I’LL ALWAYS REGRET THE DICISIONS THAT I MAKE, I’LL ALWAYS REGRET NOT BIENG ABLE TO BE IN HIS ARMS, NOT BIENG ABLE TO LOVE HIM, NOT BIENG ABLE TO HEAR HIS VOICE SAYING, I LOVE YOU, NOT BIENG ABLE TO BE OF WORTH TO HIM AND NOT BIENG ABLE TO BE MS. TENTEN HUGA. Thank you Mr.…”
“Mr. Hamilton,” The butler interrupted.
“Thank you Mr. Hamilton.” Tenten turned to leave.
“No Miss. Tenten. THANK YOU!” The butler hurry answered.
Tenten smiled, “It’s good to know that at least someone understands me other than Neji.”
“Don’t worry Ms. Tenten I will tell Sir Huga everything you said, word to word. I have written down everything, so there wouldn’t be any misunderstandings.” The butler bow as Tenten left.

As time passes Tenten’s heart became cold, her emotions were completely erased and her personality was different.

TIME SKIP…..AGAIN: TWO YEARS. Tenten is 22.
“O.K. Team, today’s mission isn’t that of a challenge, it is a B-ranked mission. We are hired to protect a treasure from a very wealthy man, and from what I have discovered he is a very famous and powerful ninja, but this secrecy was kept so hidden that I couldn’t even find out what was his name. The reason for his coming is his engagement party with his new fiancé, which he said is his treasure. He wants us to protect her from any intruder, for she arrives earlier than he does. Every one understands?” The female captain commanded.
“Yes Captain!” They all agreed.
“O.K. let’s move!” The captain ordered and like lighting, they jumped from tree to tree in order to reach their destination. It was precisely 6:00 a.m. The weather was dreadful, pouring rain and hard blowing wind but this team was stronger than any other. The squad consists of a captain and her four comrades. There are two girls, one in the name of, kinobi and the other is, hanabira . The other two boys are Taeru and Hoshi . They all have their own unique strength and weaknesses. The captain was the one and only, she was their heaven, Captain Tenten.
“We’ve reached Captain,” Duekinobi stated.
“Good.” Tenten replied under her painted clay mask.
“Ms. Zaisan Takara will be waiting for us by the mansion.” Tenten pointed to an immense manor one kilometer ahead. It wasn’t long until her squad reached.
“We’re here to escort Ms. Zaisan Takara to Konoha.” Tenten told the girl’s body guard.
“May I see you’re proof that is of course signed by the Hokage herself?” He rusty asked.
“Of course,” Tenten gave him the pass with ease.
“Very well,” He let her into Ms. Zaisan presence.
As Tenten looked at her:
Silky golden curly hair to the length of her back, light blue crystalline eyes and a body of a twenty year old like Tenten’s, but Tenten looked more mature than she is (or should I say she looked more SEXY. Go Tenten!). Her kimono was luminous purple decorated by small pink cherry blossoms, while Tenten and her squad were in black AMBU uniforms.
“Hello there,” She began sweetly. “Thank you all for coming.” Her voice was those of an infant, but in one flick of her long eye lashes, Tenten knew she was spoiled and deep within her were jealousy, hatred and coldness.
“It’s our job Ms. Zaisan Takara.” Tenten replied with much wintriness that made everyone quiver.
“Sheesh,” Ms. Zaisan began, “It’s already stormy and cold, you had to be the one to make it worse or should I say, you had to be the one to start all the chilliness Mrs. frosty.”
Tenten fists formed. “Not to be rude and all Ms. Zaisan Takara but we, the shinobi, is abide by that rule, to have no emotions, to have coldness and only that.” Tenten replied with a bit of anger.
“How dear you disrespected me!” Ms. Zaisan quarreled.
“I did not disrespect you mum, I would never do that. I was just explaining the basic rule of a shinobi.” Tenten turned to leave with her very worried squad, her face was irritated and LUCKILY it was hidden in her AMBU mask. They left 7:30 a.m. and reached 10:00 a.m. It was until then the storm had calmed and the sun shined brightly throughout Konoha.
“Finally I get to go away from that Ice land bitch for a moment. We’ve been sticking to her for hours and I can’t stand her slick stubbornness” Tenten relaxed as she took off her mask and so did the others.
“I thought you were going to beat the living shit out of her!” Odorihanabira giggled.
“She’s lucky I was sincere.” Tenten laughed.
“I was going to hit her for disrespecting my captain but then Tenten would have killed me.” Duekinobi said seriously.
“Thank you Duekinobi.” Tenten smiled.
“I can’t hit a girl!” Taeru said, “Unless it’s the enemy.”
“She is the enemy!” Hoshi joked.
“Anyways,” Tenten stopped the conversation. “Our mission isn’t quite done. We need to make sure she is safe UNTIL her fiancé comes.”
“AHH~” They all replied with annoyance.
Tenten giggled and they all put their masks back on.
Ms. Zaisan had her helpers decorating a five star hotel which her fiancé rented. They invited two thousand wealthy guests and finally 5:00 p.m. arrived and so did the guy.
Ms. Zaisan ran excitedly towards her lover with Tenten’s squad tightly behind. The door of the carriage fly open and a young handsome man came out. Everyone’s expression was written big and loud: SHOCK! Even Tenten’s squad, they were speechless and AGAIN they were lucky to have a mask on to hide their stunned face. Tenten got it worse than any one else, tears stream down her cheeks and she muttered out a simple and delicate word that bring out her old self,
“NEJI~” She almost forgot he was engaged if it wasn’t for the girl in his arms. She felt so much jealousy coming out of her but she controlled it and shook away the tears hidden under her mask. It was her fault after all.
“Thank you.” Neji went up to her. “Thank you for all your help.” Neji didn’t know it was Tenten because she had her hair in a high pony tail, her hair reached to the end of her waist. Of course she couldn’t have it in her usual bun, it would be too obvious.
She blushed a little and really smiled,
“You’re welcome Mr. Huga Neji, It was our pleasure.”
Neji was surprised, her voice was so familiar but he just can’t remember and it was pretty strange for an AMBU to say such things.
“Captain Te….” Odorihanabira almost said her name if it wasn’t for Tenten’s out burst in order to conceal her name.
“Let’s go team, mission success.” They followed her order and scamper away.
Neji watched her.
‘Who is she?’ he thought ‘Who has a voice as heavenly as that?’ Neji didn’t even know her name was right there, she was his heaven, she was TENTEN but poor little Neji had been brainwashed by himself.
Tenten rinse herself in the showers which wash away the dirt, sweat and troubles. The day was more exhausting than she expected. It was something that everyone would die from (look in the 1st chapter isn’t it familiar...Lol), seeing her old lover (that she still has feelings for) Neji WITH his fiancé was out of the line.
“Oh my goodness,” Tenten finished washing and lay on her master bed with a thin towel around her steaming wet body. “What could possibly go MORE wrong.” What a bad time to say such statement.
JUST AT THIS SAME MOMENT…
“Rock Lee,” Gai sensei’s voice called out in excitement yet his expression was full of disappointment. “Our Team Gai is falling apart piece by piece and we are the only ones who can save it...This is what I need you to do, listen carefully.”
“Yes Gai sensei!” Rock Lee even took out a small note pad.
Gai began to whisper into his ears.
“Nice Gai sensei!” Lee shouted, “You are beyond doubt the wisest ninja in the world!”
Lee then ran swift away, following Gai sensei’s awkward plan. Tenten had just finished washing and dressing.
She had a black Chinese-top embraced with golden silk on the edges of the clothing and she also wear a matching black skirt an inch above her knee. Her hair was in her usual trademark (buns). The side of her bangs had grown to the length of her shoulder and she kept the others short.
RING! RING! The door-bell rang.
“Coming!” Tenten shouted from the kitchen. When she opened the door a peer of googly eyes were staring in amusement.
“Wow Tenten,” He smiled hyperactively “You’ve changed so much. You, your new house and….”
“Get out of here you worthless piece of Gai sensei!” Tenten was furious for some kind of reason well, actually she is furious EVERYDAY.
“And you’re personality.” Lee finally finished his statement with a disappointing tear.
“Lee,” Tenten sighed trying NOT to be on the headline news AGAIN for being a very high tempered and pitiless girl. “I’m sorry but I have no time for loose…I mean people like you.”
“What is that suppose to mean!” Lee stopped the door from closing when Tenten was about to do so. “Is it supposed to mean that I’m rubbish? Tenten, what is wrong with you?”
“Everything is wrong with me Lee!” Tenten reasoned.” Since team Gai separated everything went wrong!”
“I went my own way and look, I end up being wealthy, happy and….” Tenten was stopped by Lee’s statement.
“Messed up!” Lee wasn’t playing fool this time.
“Pardon me?” Tenten put her hands on her waist.
“You become cold, you become a stranger, and you’re not Tenten. You’re not her!” Lee almost cried. Tenten was shocked.
“Lee~” Tenten look down in disgrace. “It’s because I’m not her. This isn’t the Tenten you know any more, so don’t ever come again!”
“I can’t do that.” Lee replied softly. “At least come tomorrow to see Gai sensei.”
“No!” Tenten hurry to reply. “I have other business to attend.”
“Gai is very sick in bed.” Lee cried tears ran down his googly eyes. “He wanted to see you for the last time Tenten; he wants to see his beautiful flower. Please come to see him, Tenten… (Coughed)…in a spectacular and youthful summer dress.”
Tenten almost beat the hell out of Rock Lee but the thought of Gai sensei being sick made her pity him. After all Gai sensei ‘is weird’ BUT he’s like a father she never had and a supporter that’s always there.
“I’ll think about it Lee.” She turned around so her back faces him. “Now go.”
Lee did so, he scampered away.

Lee’s next destination was three kilometers away from Tenten’s. Lee knocks continuously at the door. The butler came out,
“May I help you sir?”
“I’m Rock Lee.” Lee gave a polite bow. “May I see Sir Neji Huga?”
“I’ll see if he’s available.” As soon as the butler went in Neji hurry to the door. His exited face soon turn into a pile of gloom when he saw that ONLY (he must be waiting for something MORE) Lee was standing there.
“Come in Lee.” He opened the door to let Lee in.
“Well, well.” Lee pouted. “You sure have more manner than Tenten does.”
BOOM! Just like that Neji’s face lightens up.
“Tenten?” Neji questioned as the two team mate seat across each other. “No manners?”
“Yap!” Lee sighed.
“Is this a prank or lie because I’ll kill you?” Neji said seriously.
“No prank, no lie!” Lee again sighed.
“And I thought I was mean to you?” Neji still doubted Lee.
“I don’t know Neji. It’s either you become nicer or she’s become TOTTALLY and COMPLETELY malevolence.” Lee strained on the words totally and completely.
Neji went silent.
‘Is it my entire fault?’ Neji thought. ‘But I will rather believe that I became nicer.’
“Well hi there~” Zaisan came in with her pink evening kimono.
“Hi” Lee smiled.
“Lee,” Neji smiled as Zaisan wrapped her hands around Neji. “This is my fiancé, Zaisan.” Then Neji sipped his wine.
“I don’t know Neji. I liked it better when Tenten does that.” Neji almost spit out his wine when Lee said that right in front of his fiancé.
But it did bring out the memory when they had to fight one of the akatsuki…Good times, good times.
“Tenten?” Zaisan inquired.
“Oh this is good!” Lee stood up. “You can see her in our little ‘come together’ party.”
“That sounds wonderful!” Zaisan smiled. “We’ll definitely be there!”
“After all, I am dying to see this so called Tenten from a long time. I want to see what HEAVEN entails.” She said bitchily.
“Of course, but we all know* that HEAVEN is much better than TREASURES (can you see the irony in this statement? Zaisan and Takara do have a meaning similar to TREASURE).” Lee added “Feel free to come! It begins at 11:00 a.m.!”
“Thank you for the hospitality.” Lee stood to go. “See you tomorrow!”
“Tomorrow it is then,” Zaisan forced a weak smile. “Lee~” and end her statement with a malice purr.
Lee stormed out of the house. He has made the biggest mistake in his life. Tenten won’t be HEAVENLY not even in her blissful dress, she’ll be hell!
Yesterday soon become today. Tenten sighed looking at how she dressed.
“I look ridiculous!” She turned around in front of the mirror to see herself in that DRESS. She definitely does NOT look ridiculous, she look astounding, like heaven its self, like a mountain of spring flowers blooming. She wore a silky translucent blue dress, with a thick ribbon tied to her waist. Under the translucent silky blue were ten layers of cotton fabrics with various designs on the edge. Her two buns were covered with the same blue transparent material as her eye-catching dress. She wore a pair of high, two inched, heals; it matches her clothing.
